My experience buying a 2024 Chevy Colorado Z71 at Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet deserves all 5 stars. Aaron Beck and Lane McFail provided excellent service throughout the process. The paperwork went smoothly with just a short wait in finance. Abbey Park in the finance department was particularly impressive - she explained everything clearly and made the process comfortable. The pricing was excellent with no surprise fees, and financing through GM was straightforward. My Colorado was spotless when I picked it up. I'd recommend Cable-Dahmer to anyone, but fair warning - they're good at what they do, so only visit when you're ready to make a purchase!

Well I will start out by saying my last 5 vehicles have been Acura's, and I have been spoiled! I currently also have a 2022 Acura MDX. Some of my responses are bias because of the treatment from my Acura dealer. I'll start off with my salesman, he is new to sales but answered my questions and was very motivated. Once it came down to talking numbers things got irritating. More from the back and forth and time killing. I came in knowing what I wanted and what I was willing to pay! Also already have financing from my Credit Union which I advised from the start. Should have been a way easier. I left a deposit and agreed to meed the next day at 3pm to purchase the vehicle. I arrived a little over an hour earlier because My days plans didn't take as much time. Upon arrival I saw my salesman who stated he was just taking the vehicle in for detailing! Something I thought would have been done at the beginning of the day, ( didn't get off to a good start)! I was then seated out on the showroom tables to get the paperwork done, which I thought was strange no private desk area? Doing the paperwork was tedious, way too many people involved. Too much back and forth, now I understand again the salesman was new and probably need extra assistance but this was overboard. There were a couple incidents where other folks came out for questions on involving my legal name that threw me off. Then another when I was told that your dealership takes care of all the DMV paperwork and taxes. At that point I advised a person I think was the sales manager that I lived on the Cass County side of Lee's Summit because there is a difference between Jackson and Cass County. Every thing was finally completed and I was sent in to finance department. AS we were getting the documents completed of course the paperwork had Jackson County on it, which meant the tax numbers were not correct. I will see when I receive that paperwork in the mail. Mr. Rizi in finance made up for some of the short comings. After finishing with him things took another downward turn. I was totally disappoint with the delivery of the vehicle and the enthusiasm or lack of from your dealership! I got back with the salesman who was changing the plates over and as I sat in the vehicle waiting for what I use to when getting a new car someone goes over everything. Helping you set up things, answering questions and just being there. The only help I received was getting me to call Onstar and with assistance from the operator getting the Onstar set up. I then drove over to the service department to get the front plate bracket installed and left the dealership. Again I will say I've been spoiled by my Acura experiences and I know I wasn't gonna get that experience but was definitely expecting a lot more than what I received! Mr. Rizi was the only person who gave me a business card and shook my hand! My salesman also shook my hand and said congrats but after buying an $80,000 vehicle I expected a little more! It wasn't until the 18th that I heard from anyone at the dealer and that was mainly because I needed to sign a form that wasn't done at the time of signing. Love the vehicle but very disappointed at the process!

I paid for a package that was to include tire rotation. My invoice did not show I had a tire rotation and the video doesn’t show it either. When I told Kevin. He said he doesn’t know why it doesn’t show on the invoice. I called to speak with a manager and was told Kevin was the manager. Sent him an email when I got home but got no response. I would still like to speak with a manager. Also when I got my car back. The engine light was on in which it was not on when I brought my car in. They were able to get it to go off before I left.

My salesman Aubrey was great. He was super helpful and respectful the whole way through. The buying process there is way overdone and extremely lengthy and frustrating. I was there over 4 hours and still couldn’t get anyone to give me an actual payment. I had to get frustrated and stand up ready to leave before I could get that. Then the finance manager inflates my rate knowing I have a tremendous credit score. I have done many deals in less than 2 hours from start to finish. This one was over 6 hours in 2 days. They start off inflating numbers like 10,000 over where I finished at hoping someone will bite. I am very simple. I want a truck price, a good trade value, pull my credit and give me my best rate and payment. Again 90 min-2 hours max. I don’t want the fluff, trying to go back and forth 18 times and having different managers all come wanting a chance to work me. Make it simple. Customers will be happier. Glad I finally got a vehicle at a reasonable price, but was ready walk out. I am in a position I didn’t need it, and can go anywhere and get one. I only stayed as I liked it and my salesman was good.

I had my ac looked at because it wasn't getting cool. It needed freon but the tubing had a leak and it had to be replaced. Not sure why they needed to do the diagnostic test because it was a little expensive along with replacing the discharge hose. It is working great so they did a good job. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. On top of this, the additional charge for using a credit card was over $40.00. I wasn't prepared for that either but had to have it paid. Great service from you all and I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I had an issue where the transmission in my car went completely out. I called the dealership and they assisted me every step of the way with getting my vehicle back running properly. I was an hour away from the dealership, and had to have the car towed there. I wasn’t going to make it to the dealership before it closed because of my military obligation; however, Lane reached out and told me that he’d have a loaner vehicle for me when i got there. my transmission was under warranty so it was replaced at no cost to me, and they only had my car for about a week or so. I was very pleased with the customer service from Matt, my service advisor, and the rest of the cable dahmer team. The responsiveness, and thoroughness i received was unmatched.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change that I had appt for. And then when vehicle was ready I had to approach the desk to ask if it was done because I saw my truck parked back out front. The service rep never came to get me and in fact I had to do to a different service rep because he was not there. What makes it worse is I had my 3 year old with me.

I’ve received a flyer about by three tires and get one for a dollar so I went up and wanted to get the original tires that came on my equinox replaced talked to the service. People had pictures of my tire showed him told him which brand it was set it all up. Great communications throughout repairs both from Austin (service rep) and from the mechanic working on my car. AS far as I know they did everything that they were supposed to do and it may be too early to tell but as far as I know the repairs were made correctly and the issues with the car have been resolved. Had new brakes and rotors installed and they squeaked right away. Had the dealership replace them two more times and still squeaking. There is an issue with the parts the dealership uses. I’ve called several times to ask for a refund. I keep getting the run around that GM is working on a solution. I did not pay $1200 for my brakes to squeak. Order your parts from a different company or refund my money. I have always had all my service work done at same dealership but I will no longer use dealership if you guys don’t make this right. I’ve been waiting on an answer for 6 months.

Taylor Cowick, my service advisor, was amazing through my whole experience of my car being in service three different times for the same issue. He was prompt and clear with communication and made sure to ask a lot of questions so he understood the whole situation and could relay that to the techs. He made a frustrating situation bearable and always made sure I was taken care of even though he was leaving to go out of town before my service was complete. My wife and I used a service to find a very specific vehicle that we were interested in buying that sent notifications to multiple dealerships. I told him to not run my debit card as a credit and he did anyway. It’s just not right to be charged with an extra charge for the card especially when I told him not to run it as a credit but to run it as a debit card as I said. He even told me what the charge was but he didn’t say anything about the credit card charge and this is the second time that this happened to me by the service advisor was a different person the first time and the second person was a different person.

I had my diesel oil and engine air filter changed. They convinced me to replace the cabin air filter as well. It was a 2 hour wait and I had an appt. When leaving my engine thru a problem code upon pulling out the dealership drive. I turned around and headed back in. The service man helped me very quickly and said they knew the problem. After 30 min I had my truck and started pulling out the drive and the code never left. It still said I had a problem. So I pulled back around to the service dept. Again the service man helped me quickly but this time it took an additional hour to get fixed correctly. I asked what the issue was and apparently whomever worked on the truck unplugged something while the truck was running and dirt from somewhere got into the air cleaning system. This seems a bit excessive since if they took their time and did a better job I wouldn't have waited 4 hours for a 45 min job. I also did not appreciate the 3rd trip to the service dept when a quick test drive would have confirmed there was still a problem. On top of the bad service I still paid 183 dollars to have my cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced. I am stuck with you since I already paid for all my oil changes. Rest assured I am very skeptical to allow your service dept work on other aspects of my truck. It is the only time I have had a problem and hope it will be the last.

Austin Waits was the Service Advisor who helped this time. Just two months previously you had fixed the right rear for me. Chase Roberts helped then. We bought the extended warranty in 2017. Just as before your service dept. fixed the problem in good time. The technician even fixed the left rear which I was told that battery was about to go out as well. Very pleased with the service this time. I noticed while in the customer waiting area you have added a Prayer Request box along with the name of a chaplain. My wife and I appreciate that added touch very much.

I made an appointment for 2pm checked in at 1:45. At 3:41 after I went to find out what was taking so long I was informed they just finished my 1st oil change and tire rotation and my truck was. Finally headed to get the simple tool box in stall. At 4:02 I was asked to show the email of my toolbox because they couldn’t find it. I finally pulled out to enjoy rush hour traffic at 5pm. I had no idea a simple oil change/ tire rotation would take over two hrs and a small tool box an additional hour. No one updated me or even prepared me for how long this would take. This is unacceptable especially if you have an appointment. I feel bad that I have the maintenance package and have to comeback for future service. At least I know that unless I have the whole day to waste I need to get the first appointment of the morning and a day off work.

scheduled an oil change, only, on-line took close to 11/2 hour before the truck was done. They rotated my tires, without asking, lost one of the screws that held a cap on. Asked the person that rotated the wheels, he said it was missing when the truck was brought in. Not so, I hand wash the truck and wheels 2 times a week and particular about my vehicles. Will not schedule any Saturday work in the future. Definitely different personal working during Saturdays.

Buying the truck, odometer information was entered incorrectly and all paperwork had to be redone causing a return trip (1 hr each way). Next called to get tires, was assured 2x all 4 tires were in stock. Got to appt at 6:45 am, told to expect 1.5hr wait, tires not in stock, wait was almost 6 hours. Had to return due to pothole damage. Double checked before driving there to be sure tires were in stock. Got tire replaced and went to leave and wrong tire was put on truck. Also, appt setting has been painful. Online appointments (2x) did not show up later when I called or arrived. Possibly made at a different shop but there needs to be some confirmation where work is taking place.

My vehicle was at your dealership for a week waiting for authorization to complete work because of car not having power which the car stopped on the freeway. I was charged six hundred dollars for nothing because after i had it towed to Mccarthy Chevrolet they fixed the problem which was a fuel sensor and a bad brand-new battery installed at cable Dahmer. Mccarthy Chevrolet charged me forty-nine dollars to install a new battery. I was not aware of how the service agreement i purchased worked. Long story short i paid for a bad battery and a diagnostic check that should have not been done until the service agreement was received. I will not be patronizing your dealership again and if asked i will relay my bad experience to anyone who ask me for a reference about your service dept. Sorry but I'm taking blame for this misunderstanding also.

My service advisor, Michael, was very nice and helpful. I brought my brand new 2025 Silverado in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I noticed my truck was pulling to one side so I requested an alignment to fix the pull when scheduling my appointment 2 weeks prior to my service. When I arrived, and was speaking to Michael, another service advisor chimed in and was speaking to me in a very rude manner about the alignment. He said that they wouldn’t do the alignment for free on my brand new truck because it had 8,000 miles and GM only covers alignments up to 7,500 miles. I told him that I purchased the truck with 3300 miles from your dealer and he said that he still wouldn’t do it because the truck was over the GM limit on mileage. I felt that his tone and demeanor towards me was very rude. I am giving a 3/5 because Michael did help me out and was very nice, but the other advisor was very rude. I probably will not be back to have my truck serviced with you guys any more. I feel that if I bought the truck with 3300 miles, you guys should extend the mileage limit on that kind of stuff. It’s not fair as a customer to be cheated on the mileage to have proper service done.

Aside from my service advisor Kleber this was the worst service experience I've ever had or heard of. My truck was sitting at the dealership for just under 4 months and still had new issues that hadn't ever been happening before this mechanic installed a new wiring harness. Since the new harness the trucks batteries have been going dead if not charged or driven on a regular basis. If it sits for 2 or 3 days both batteries are completely dead do to a parasitic draw on the system. I've owned this truck since it was new and never had this issue until now. The new harness and a window motor was supposed to fix 2 windows that stopped operating along with the AC periodically working and a couple gauges in the dash cluster going crazy.The windows do function correctly now and the gauges seem good as well. I haven't tried the AC yet.The mechanic said the problem was a bad master door switch but after installing the new switch the truck went dead again 2 times. Kleber informed me by text that since the mechanic misdiagnosed the problem this would be a no charge item. So I thanked him and for being a stand up guy and backing his word.But 2 weeks later (and not doing any more work to my truck,the mechanic said he only charged the batteries a couple more times)the mechanic said it was somehow fixed and tried to charge me for the part that had already been a no charge item. So after a dispute in the service department/office the service manager did credit the charge back to me. Long story short my advisor and the manager were both stand up and tried to make my experience there better but after taking the truck home realized more things that the mechanic f'd up. Out of 5 speakers only 1 was working. After talking to Kleber I was told that the mechanic didn't know where the plugs wired back to (even though he was the one that disconnected them to start with) so he just left them unplugged. After taking it back for that I started noticing how filthy my front carpet and floor mats were from grease covered boots. Evidently the mechanic hadn't been using booties or paper floor mats to keep this from happening. After sending pictures of these items to Kleber he responded sorry for my bad experience. So I had to spend 1-1/2 hrs. scrubbing on the stains thanks to the lack of customer courtesy of the mechanic. Not sure what dealership I will try next but it won't be Cable Dahmer unless "MAYBE"if I'm guaranteed to have a different mechanic. ???

Our sales rep had a bad attitude before we even got to the dealership but my wife wanted that exact car in its specific color or else we would have gone somewhere else. They offered us 1k for a trade in worth 12k, they sold us a car with a large dent that they promised to fix but it took almost two months to get on a schedule because we couldn’t get ahold of anyone that knew what to do. The receptionist was rude everytime we called. They didn’t give us an option for a service package- they picked a very expensive option and added it in the contract without saying much. The financial person was talking about work drama the whole time and not taking our purchase very serious and even commented on my income compared to hers. I will never go back here, buying a car is never fun but this experience was egregious.

My recent visit to the service department began on a promising note with Michael Perez, who was both professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that was where the positive aspects of the experience ended. Service Department Atmosphere Upon arrival, I was struck by how empty the shop was. In the seven years I have been coming to this location, I had never seen so few vehicles in service. This lack of activity raised concerns about the efficiency and operation of the facility. Service Recommendations and Upselling I initially came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. However, I was recommended an "engine fuel system cleaning." The technician explained that the tire rotation would be complimentary if I bundled it with the oil change. Despite this offer, I felt the upselling was unnecessary for my visit. Vehicle Issue Evaluation During my visit, I mentioned to Michael that I occasionally noticed a shudder when coming to a stop. He rode with me to investigate, but the issue did not present itself during our test drive. Later, I overheard the technician who had taken my truck out referring dismissively to my concern, calling it an "imaginary sound" and expressing frustration across the shop. To clarify, I had described the issue as a "shudder," not a sound. Tire Condition and Alignment Discovery Additional information about my tires was only provided after I pressed for details about unusual wear. It was revealed that the cause was a misalignment in the front end. This crucial information would not have been shared without my insistence. Upon leaving, I checked the tires and found that the worn ones were still mounted on the front, indicating the tire rotation had not been completed as expected. Conclusion Overall, I felt my concerns were dismissed and my intelligence was insulted. The visit resulted in a $204 charge for an oil change and a $24 can of fuel system cleaner, with little satisfaction regarding the service performed.

Since GM doesn't offer a replacement rental truck, I had to come out of pocket because the truck being worked on under warranty is my daily work vehicle. It seems that if a person buys a new truck with the specific expectations of using it daily to tow, GM should cover the rental of a replacement. The job took 2 days longer than expected. The original day it was supposed to be finished I had to call in the late afternoon to check on it, only to be told it wouldn't be ready until the following day. It turned out to be the day after that and I was never contacted saying it wouldn't be ready until the following day. All of this is after originally bringing the truck in last February for this problem and being strung along and lied to by the service advisor for months about parts being on back order. Parts that were NEVER ordered.

usually I'm happy with my service with cable Dahmer but this time I can't say that I am. I came in to have my cabin filter changed. But the service man Kleber Viveros told me that I was past due for other filters issues concerning the 15000 miles point. After he told me the cost, I told him if needed to do it. I also told him that my oil change life was at 44% and that I would like to have an oil change. He said that they could do it. After they service my truck Kleber said that a certain filter issue wasn't needed, which led me to think that only the filter cabin filter was the only thing to service at this time. But when he showed me all that was done to my truck, I seen that a Fuel injector service was performed. On the receipt it says that the customer requested this service, but I didn't. Also regarding the oil change it says that the oil life was reset. Not true, my oil life is reading 42% and steadily dropping. When I came in it was 44% show I'm not sure that the oil was changed. I'm not happy with this service.

I was there 2 and a half hour later for an oil change that I had an appt for. There was no communication at all about waiting or an update on the status of completion. I had to go ask about my vehicle. Waiting that long completely defeats the purpose of an appt. I have been buying cars and getting service done that location for over 10 yrs. I think service needs to be more for the customers needs and not so much upselling when the customer states that are I or there for an oil change. Especially after waiting for 2.5 hrs. telling me they could take care of shocks today when there’s no way they would be able to being so behind. Overzealous salesman will send business elsewhere. Sometimes we just want to come in for an oil change and go home.

The main reason for me visit was not fixed/addressed. I originally scheduled maintenance because I keep getting a car alert that says to service "Brake Pad Monitor." The My Chevy app is also alterting me that my front brake pad is at 18%. But I also got an oil change and the regular maintenance done also. I mentioned to my advisor about the issue he said it could be a sensor, The other items were completed and even a video sent of them showing me the brake pads advising that they were good. So I was told the car was ready and picked it up, only to see and hear the ding of this alert still being on. I figured it needed some time to get adjusted but the problem still persists. So im just not sure of what to do at this point other than to schedule another visit. The advisor Matthuew was really nice and helped me out, I have had him before and he has been great evertime. Unfortunate we couldn't get this done in one swing.

very poor, lack of communication, vehicle was scheduled for an oil change and look at a stutter when shifting and was kept overnight without any communication. Transmission issue was looked at 10K miles prior (when my warranty was still active) with the advise to change the transmission fluid, now that the issue has reappeared it is a $5,000 repair. I have purchased 2 vehicles from the dealership over the years - I won't be back

I was supposed to have a full credit for an oil change on my account from my visit in June due to an issue encountered. Go to pay and ask about credit and NOPE couldn’t find it and because it was promised over a phone call I had no proof. They asked the service manager and was told so sorry and they wouldn’t honor it at all. It’ll be my last time ever going to a Cable Dahmer dealership or service center.

We had our 2008 Avalanche towed there because it had gone into limp mode. The next day we received an email stating we had got a full inspection and needed a new motor, and the truck wasn't worth fixing. Now if that wasn't bad enough, they charged us $180.00 and told us they could fix it for about $12,000.00. We are old and on Social Security and can't afford that kind of money. Now we have to get it towed again Bottom line we had it towed there to be fixed not told it wasn't worth it and then charged $180.00 for a full inspection we never asked for.

The pricing was very confusing and at end I still don't know if it was a good deal because how all car sales are fussy math. I was charged for silicone edging on doors and nitrogen in tires but neither one was installed on truck. The drivers side already has chip missing on edge of door. Great service advisor and mechanical work. Only feedback I have is to be more careful with greasy boots on clean beige carpet. When I picked up my car, there was grease along the kick plate, door speaker and carpet around the parking break. This cleaned up ok, but more caution and floor mats should be considered for other customers.

Excellent service- Rich Frost took our Traverse for a test ride and confirmed it had a shudder at low speeds- he told me to bring it back the following Tuesday to have a new torque converter installed, which I did and car was ready in the next few days and it drives like new. I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday January 17, 2026, at 9:30 am. When I arrived the garage door did not open, I had to get out of my vehicle a walk through the door, I walk into the service center and there were three employees one was helping a customer the other two never acknowledge me so I went out to desk where a young lady was work to let her know I was there for my appointment. She walks me back into the service center area to where the to men was sitting behind the computers and told them I was there for my appointment. One of the men had me to come to his computer and look my information up and told me that I would have to wait a couple of hours to get a tech to look at my vehicle so ask could I came back Monday, January 19, 2024 and he stated I would still have to wait a couple of hour. So made appointment for Monday, January 19, 2024, at 9:30 am. I did have to wait for a few hours but that was fine, I was prepared. Monday, I explained to Wisley about what my concern was with my vehicle. He explained to me for the tech to check the brake it 189.00 and to check to see why the airbag indicator would cost 189.00 I had the tech to check my vehicle and was told the airbag on the right would to be fix the cost would be 1200.00 and I would need brakes on front brakes and brake flush for 991.00 so decline the repairs but because he stated that 391.00 for the tech fees was not included. We have been getting this vehicle service here at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet at 18834 S Noland Rd. Independence, Mo. since 2015 and we have never had this happen to us before .

The main vehicle i was intertested in was not available for my appointment. I was told that someone has put a down payment on it just minutes ago. My point will be set at 11 at the Cable dahmer on 103rd and when I got there, they didn’t have the tires I needed so they sent me over to the independence location and when I got there, they said they did not have the tires but ended up finding out they did, but they had to have them delivered so I ended up having to spend another hour and a half at the dealership waiting on my car

Aja did a fantastic job facilitating by first time buying a car. During my experience I was there for 4 total hours which was excessively long. I was told that there were new technological updates that were making it difficult on the staff to complete paperwork, however I waited for almost 45 minutes just to talk with financing because people were "in front of me". From my perspective it just felt that immediately after the deal had been made I just got pushed to the side because I was trapped there until the car was ready. Also, I was a cash buyer so once I did finally get back with financing it took a whopping 5-10 minutes to complete paperwork...and the vehicle I had purchased had not even been pulled in for detailing after all of that time. To top it all off at the end when I finally get the keys there is only one that I am given, for a brand new car! As a realistic person I can understand navigating technical errors and things taking longer with new programs to navigate, but not getting both keys with a brand new car is completely unacceptable. I purchased this vehicle 01/21 and am writing this 01/27 with no idea when I am going to be given a second key...where did it go to begin with??

The repair seems to be fine. The process, however was not. We dropped off the vehicle because of a leak. No call or info that day or the next. Attempted phone calls were met with no return calls. My husband ended up showing up just before Christmas to grab a present out of the vehicle. Fortunately, our service tech was there and he finally got answers face to face...still no timeline. I understand shipping delays, but having your vehicle disappear into the shop for a month or so worth virtually no word isn't ok. Also, the the last two oil changes, I'd mention the engine having a rattle, which was never apparently investigated. In the end, I now have a half-rebuilt motor on a vehicle with less than 25k miles...not okay, especially if it could have been potentially avoided if it had been checked out earlier.

Took my car in for an oil change and to fix a coolant leak. Was told by the service guy to make a fraudulent insurance claim to my insurance company so they could pay for the damages done. They found a coolant leak back in 2022 and I was never informed but tried telling me it was from my wreck that happened in 2024. They also tried to claim that I had frame damage which I did not and turned around and told my father in law it was structural damage. They sent me an invoice for $80 which I believe to be for the oil change that is supposed to be free (my last free oil change) on the car. I ended up trading it in for another car and as always Leo was absolutely outstanding with helping me get into a new reliable car. Leo is a top notch sells man and I won’t buy a car from anyone but him. Leo deserves all the recognition for helping me when your service department wouldn’t.

Check-in took 15 minutes. I had an appointment and take my car here for every oil change plus have a service plan so all of my information is already in the system and there is no reason it should take this long. While I was in the waiting room I received a call from Cable Dahmer stating "they noticed I had been in for service recently and wanted to know if I was interested in selling my car". I receive these annoying calls every time I have service done and would rather not. I was in the waiting room for about an hour and a half which would be understandable if I didn't have a scheduled appointment. Today I received a call from Cable Dahmer while I was at work saying that my Onstar alerted them that I was due for an oil change and would I like to schedule it. I'm not sure if the system wasn't reset or if it just wasn't updated on your end that I had the service completed yesterday. Every time I have service it seems that there is a combination of too much unnecessary communication and also poor communication/organization. I was also advised to change my cabin filter for a ridiculous amount of money when this is very simple to do yourself for $30. A trust-worthy thing to do would be to point out it needed changed but to mention they could be purchased for cheap and fairly easy to replace on your own or by a friend or family member. I understand offering a service and making it an option, but I can't imagine how many elderly people or people who know nothing about cars get taken advantage of and spend money they can't really afford to on silly things that don't affect how their car performs anyway.

When I schedule service appts, I am BOMBARDED with calls, texts and emails from the sales dept. it is getting annoying. The sales team uses information from past vehicles that I no longer own and are unaware it’s a lease. Ive asked multiple times to put me in a Blazer (cash) and once I request that the sales team goes black, no response, no eagerness. I have been a Cable Dahmer customer since 2005 and it’s disappointing that the technology used is so messed up that it causes and annoyance to customers.

We came in for an oil change and fuel injector cleaning, we were encouraged to do a deeper cleaning that was recommended by GM. When the inspection was completed we needed and axle seal and and a differential seal replaced. The cost was not in our budget we were trying to decide where to get the funds. We went to pick up the vehicle and was told our extended warranty covered the seals replacement. Happy dance. We don't like to let upkeep go as it ends up causing more issues and costing more later down the road. Thank you Austin for checking on the extended warranty to help pick up the part of the tab.

Brought my truck in January 26 to get my back up camera repaired. You guys kept my truck until February 13 kept promising me. My truck would be ready and it wasn’t ready. Inconvenience me..
